Role Description The AI Video Generation Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of AI-driven video content at KundliChat. This role leads the end-to-end lifecycle of AI video products, including concept development, scripting frameworks, model and tool selection, workflow design, and performance optimization.

The AI Video Generation Head collaborates closely with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to create scalable pipelines for personalized astrological video experiences and other spiritual-tech formats. Daily responsibilities include managing a small team or cross-functional squad, defining quality standards, running experiments and A/B tests,



monitoring data and user feedback, and ensuring that AI-generated videos align with brand voice, cultural sensitivity, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves staying updated on emerging AI video technologies, identifying opportunities for automation, and driving roadmap decisions that improve user engagement, retention, and monetization.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in AI/ML and generative media tools, including experience with video generation models, prompt engineering, and AI-based content automation.
- Background in product or content operations, with skills in workflow design, process optimization, and scaling production pipelines.
- Experience in video content creation or supervision, such as scripting, storyboarding, visual storytelling, and understanding of video production best practices.
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards to guide decisions.
- Leadership capabilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and mentoring.
- Familiarity with consumer tech, spiritual-tech, or content platforms; exposure to astrology or interest in Vedic traditions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Media Technology, Product Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on experimentation and rapid iteration
