JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly intelligent, technically solid, and execution-oriented Technical Lead to independently own complex enterprise projects. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep architectural expertise, team guidance, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will take complete technical ownership from problem understanding through production delivery, work with minimal supervision, and make critical technical decisions independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Ownership & Architecture

Take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned enterprise projects

Design scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions

Lead system architecture, API design, data architecture, system integration, and technology stack decisions

Create HLDs/LLDs and comprehensive technical documentation

Review existing architectures and identify modernization and optimization opportunities

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt

Engineering Leadership & Execution

Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple technology stacks

Provide technical direction through rigorous design reviews and code reviews

Resolve complex engineering challenges and critical production issues

Establish engineering standards, best practices, development processes, and quality benchmarks

Remain hands-on to investigate and solve critical technical problems when required

Ensure solutions achieve the right balance of technical quality, development speed, and scalability

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the senior technical representative and point of contact with enterprise clients

Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, architecture design discussions, and solution assessments

Directly engage with senior client stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams

Translate complex business and functional requirements into practical technical solutions

Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Independently manage technical discussions, escalations, and decision-making

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE





Professional Experience

10+ years of professional software engineering and system development experience

Proven experience as Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Solution Architect

Demonstrated experience owning complex, mission-critical enterprise applications or platforms

Successfully taken projects from architecture and design through production deployment

Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams with varying levels of expertise

Technical Competencies

Deep knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and distributed systems

Strong backend/server-side software engineering fundamentals

Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms and up-to-date cloud-native architecture

Strong foundation in microservices architecture, APIs, databases, and data systems

Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code

Understanding of security best practices, IAM, authentication/authorization, and API security

PREFERRED TECHNOLOGY EXPOSURE

AI & Modern Technology:



Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG systems, knowledge graphs, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks

Cloud Platforms: GCP (strongly preferred), AWS, Azure - with deep hands-on experience

Architecture & Design: Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, API-first design

Databases & Data: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, BigQuery, or equivalent data platforms

Engineering Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, IaC tools, monitoring and observability solutions

Note: Deep hands-on expertise across multiple areas is more valuable than superficial knowledge of many technologies. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go, Node.js, .NET, or equivalent) is essential.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATIONS

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued:

Generative AI / Agentic AI systems and implementations

FinTech, Payment Systems, or High-Volume Transaction Systems

Enterprise SaaS or large-scale B2B platforms

Large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives

Data-intensive platforms or analytics systems

Blockchain or distributed ledger technologies

WORK MODE & LOCATION

Remote-First / Hybrid model with flexibility. Required office/on-site visits for client workshops, architecture sessions, project kick-offs, critical project milestones, and leadership meetings.
