We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to lead AI technology initiatives, drive innovation, and oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies along with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

- Lead AI/ML technology initiatives from ideation and development through deployment and optimization.
- Guide teams on model training, evaluation, optimization, explainability, and deployment best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and business impact.
- Establish and promote best practices around AI governance, model explainability, bias mitigation, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Manage multiple AI projects, priorities, and technology initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.




- Drive technical documentation, presentations, storytelling, and communication of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Required skills-

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, technology leadership, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM and RAG.
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience leading technology teams, innovation labs, or AI initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of current AI/GenAI trends and their business applications.
- Robust documentation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Relevant advanced degree or professional certification in technology/AI/ML is preferred.
