ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. What does the team do ?

At QuickTV, ShareChat's short-form microdrama streaming app, the Content Operations team drives the creation and acquisition of bingeable, vertical microdramas — both live-action and AI-generated — built for mobile-first audiences. Partnering with production houses, creators, product, and feed teams, the team runs the full pipeline from script and greenlighting to production, localization, and release. It also leverages AI production tooling to turn screenplays into video faster and scale output across languages and markets.

What You’ll Do?

- As an Audio Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and creative sound quality of all micro-drama episodes before release.




- Realistic AI Voice over generation and creative BGM and SFX generation that aligns with the tonality of the series and makes for an interesting storytelling experience.
- Collaborate with writers and creative directors, to translate creative ideas into striking AI-driven stories.
- Conduct end-to-end Quality Checks for audio/BGM/SFX of all episodes before delivery.
- Monitor audio levels and maintain balance across episodes.
- Identify and resolve technical glitches such as compression errors, drop frames, and subtitle sync issues.
- Analyze feedback and quickly deliver multiple refined versions optimized for platform performance and audience response.
- Contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques
- Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated audio

Who You Are?

- Prior Sound engineering experience in OTT platforms, television, or film post-production.
- Strong knowledge of Sound Design, BGM & SFX
- Strong understanding of AI generated voice over and AI workflows
- Keen eye for detail, with a passion for ensuring premium-quality content.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with tight timelines.
