AI Product Manager Supply Chain & Procurement

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to own our Supply Chain & Procurement vertical on elsai, OptiSols enterprise AI agent platform. This is a build-and-sell-and-build role: roughly half your week is customer-facing discovery, demos, and debriefs with Heads of Procurement and the other half is product work, turning what you hear into agent briefs, acceptance criteria, and a roadmap that ships instead of queuing.

Key Responsibilities

- Run discovery and demo sessions directly with Heads of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Materials, and own the customer-voice loop end to end for this vertical.
- Own the roadmap for the procurement agent portfolio supplier risk, contract and obligation management, tender and bid evaluation, BOM and specification handling, and document drafting.
- Define the interaction model role by role (buyer, approver, materials/planning, contract owner, finance, external supplier) and cut each default surface to what that person needs to act.
- Use AI prototyping tools to produce clickable mockups and concept screens, and take prototypes into customer conversations rather than slides.
- Translate procurement reality approval chains, delegation-of-power matrices,



value bands, post-award tracking into configurable, versioned platform requirements.
- Own the integration requirement, driving one live ERP round trip as a reference customers can verify, and contribute to pricing and packaging.

Required Skillset
- 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a product manager on a B2B enterprise software or SaaS product that real customers paid for.
- Genuine domain fluency in procurement or supply chain: source-to-contract, procure-topay, RFQ and tender cycles, vendor onboarding and risk, approval matrices.
- Hands-on product experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-based features to production agents,retrieval, evaluation, human-in-the loop design, confidence and hallucination controls.
- Working knowledge of enterprise ERP landscapes (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa or equivalent)and what integrating with them actually costs.
- A track record of simplifying enterprise software fewer screens, fewer fields, fewer decisions with wireframe-level fluency to run usability sessions yourself.
- Strong customer-facing presence, transparent and frequent writing (briefs, acceptance criteria,meeting notes), and comfort with ambiguity and saying no..
