Role & responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for LLM and Generative AI applications.
- Test and improve AI response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards.
- Create documentation, reports, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support AI solution deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 to 8 years of IT experience with 2+ years in Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience in LLMs, Prompt Design, Prompt Optimization, RAG, LangChain, and Python
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama
- Strong knowledge of AI Security, SDLC, Agile, and Enterprise AI Solutions
- Valuable stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
