Looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support social media operations, account management and digital marketing activities across multiple platforms.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in social media, digital marketing, AI-driven marketing, content operations and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage social media accounts across X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Execute day-to-day marketing activities, including posting approved content, commenting, replying and other engagement activities.

Maintain account-wise trackers and repositories in Excel.

Manage multiple accounts and maintain engagement data.

Track account-level performance including posts, reach/impressions, views, engagement, etc.

Monitor comments, conversations and audience responses across assigned accounts.

Maintain regular activity records and follow defined content calendars and publishing schedules.

Identify and report account issues, restrictions or unusual activity.

Coordinate with internal teams for content,



strategy and performance insights.

Skills & Requirements

Strong proficiency in MS Excel – Mandatory

Good understanding of social media platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing, content creation and social media trends.

Positive written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Eligibility

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, BA or any relevant field.

Candidates should be available to join immediately.

Prior internship/project experience in social media or digital marketing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
