We are looking for an

AI Tech Lead to lead AI technology initiatives, drive innovation, and oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies along with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

- Lead AI/ML technology initiatives from ideation and development through deployment and optimization

.

- Provide technical leadership for AI solutions using

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, Scikit-learn, LangChain

, and related technologies.

- Guide teams on model training, evaluation, optimization, explainability, and deployment best practices.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and business impact.

- Establish and promote best practices around

AI governance, model explainability, bias mitigation, and responsible AI

.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Manage multiple AI projects,



priorities, and technology initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.

- Drive technical documentation, presentations, storytelling, and communication of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Required skills-

- 8+ years of experience in

AI/ML, technology leadership, or related areas

.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Python and modern AI/ML frameworks

.

- Strong understanding of

ML lifecycle, model development, evaluation, and deployment

.

- Experience leading technology teams, innovation labs, or AI initiatives.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Understanding of current

AI/GenAI trends and their business applications

.

- Strong documentation, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Relevant advanced degree or professional certification in technology/AI/ML is preferred.
