We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Business & Operations Qualified to contribute to the development and scaling of a fast-growing quick commerce platform focused on parents and children.

This role is suited for someone who thrives in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment and enjoys working across business strategy, operations, customer experience, and execution. You will play a key role in building scalable processes, improving customer journeys, and translating business opportunities into practical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of business and operational strategies for a quick commerce platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Develop and implement scalable processes for day-to-day business operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic and operational initiatives.
- Analyse business performance, customer behaviour, operational metrics, and other data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance frameworks to monitor key business metrics.
- Identify operational gaps and work with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Support initiatives related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers where required.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within quick commerce and family-focused commerce.




- Support new initiatives, experiments, and 0-to-1 projects from ideation through execution.
- Establish workflows, documentation, and operating processes that can scale with business growth.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution progress.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business updates to senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of high-priority business problems and drive them toward resolution.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, product operations, growth, marketplace businesses, quick commerce, ecommerce, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in 0-to-1 environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, operational processes, and business performance.
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable experimenting, testing new approaches, learning quickly, and adapting to changing business requirements.
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in building scalable consumer-facing businesses.
