AI Lead / Data & AI Enablement Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive AI adoption across data and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- Design AI architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Lead GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, ML, predictive analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Establish AI governance, evaluation, security, and monitoring frameworks.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and production monitoring practices.
- Build reusable AI solutions and guide technical teams.
- Communicate AI opportunities, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- Strong AI/ML and production AI experience.
- Hands-on expertise in GenAI, RAG, LLMs, embedding, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.




- Knowledge of ML, predictive modelling, and intelligent automation.
- Experience with Snowflake, Data bricks, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake Cortex, Data bricks Mosaic AI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, AI Agents, Vector Search, Knowledge Graphs, and Pharma/Life Sciences experience. Important: Only candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience should apply
