Role Description The AI Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI and automation solutions that enhance TCG Hospitality’s strategy, operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translating them into AI use cases, and overseeing the development and deployment of models and tools. The AI Manager will manage data collection and preparation, coordinate with internal and external technical resources, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure,



and compliant with relevant standards. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, refining AI systems, providing training and documentation for non-technical stakeholders, and staying current with emerging AI technologies relevant to hospitality and food service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in AI solution design and implementation, including machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and AI-driven process automation.
- Candidates should possess data-focused skills such as data analysis, data visualization, database handling, and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Candidates should possess technical skills such as proficiency in Python or similar languages, familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and understanding of APIs and integration methods.
