Day-to-Day Responsibilities• Manage and regularly optimize digital listings including Google Business Profile, wedding directories, and other online platforms by updating content, photos, and responding to reviews.
• Create and maintain content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms using existing project photographs and newly created content.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content using approved scheduling tools and ensure consistency of brand communication.
• Plan and execute photoshoots, reels, and short-form video content at weddings, venues, and related events to create engaging marketing material.
• Assist in writing blogs, website content, social media captions, and email marketing campaigns in line with the company's marketing strategy.
• Research and develop relationships with wedding venues, photographers, decorators, influencers, and other industry partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives including PPC campaigns,



social media campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, lead generation metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms, social media channels, wedding portals, and referral sources.
• Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system and ensure all inquiries are recorded and tracked.
• Qualify leads based on the company's customer profile and follow established lead management processes.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective clients to understand wedding requirements, budgets, guest counts, and event expectations.
• Nurture prospective clients through regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
