Your role
As a Senior Contracts Specialist at Capgemini, you will independently lead complex client-facing transactions and provide end-to-end legal and contractual support across global engagements. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on high-value IT/ITES contracts while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex client contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Software License Agreements, SaaS/PaaS Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), Data Protection Agreements, Local Country Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, and other strategic commercial contracts.
• Lead high-value and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including GCC engagements and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, providing practical legal solutions and driving contractual alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with business, finance, delivery, procurement, and leadership teams to identify legal and commercial risks, define mitigation strategies, secure approvals,



and support successful contract execution.
• Review RFPs, prepare contractual deviation analyses, advise on compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, artificial intelligence, export control, and regulatory obligations impacting client engagements.
• Support team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives, contribute to contract standardization efforts, provide training to stakeholders, and assist in audits, dispute management, and legal operations activities.

Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law with specialization in Cyber Law, IT Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, or related legal disciplines relevant to the IT/ITES industry.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation within the IT and ITES sector, with proven expertise in independently drafting agreements from scratch and handling client-facing negotiations.
