Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Conversion Optimization, and Marketing Automation systems.
You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing lead generation and conversion funnels for Martech Minds and our clients. This role is focused on performance, pipeline generation, and revenue growth — not just campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:




Paid Media & Campaign Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI

Lead Generation & Funnel Building
• Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns
• Build high-converting funnels including landing pages and lead flows
• Drive qualified leads and sales opportunities

Conversion Optimization
• Optimize campaigns for sales conversions and ROAS
• Improve landing page performance and reduce drop-offs
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targeting

AI-Driven Marketing Systems
Leverage AI tools for:
• Creative generation
• Audience insights
• Funnel optimization
• Campaign scaling

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and optimize key metrics:
• CPL (Cost per Lead)
• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• RO
