Who we are

We're an IT staffing and consulting firm placing consultants with clients across the United States, with our operations team based in Hyderabad. Our consultants work on H-1B, green card, US citizen, W-2, 1099 and C2C arrangements. Every one of those relationships is backed by an agreement, and every agreement carries risk. You'll be the person responsible for managing that risk in both countries.

What you'll own

Agreements and contracts

• Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, subcontractor and vendor agreements, consultant contracts, NDAs and non-solicitation agreements.
• Build our standard templates and a clause playbook: what we accept, what we negotiate, and what we walk away from.
• Flag commercial risk to leadership in plain terms, with a explicit recommendation rather than a list of concerns.
• Maintain a contract register with renewal dates, obligations and key terms, so nothing expires or slips unnoticed.

Offer letters and employment agreements




Draft and review offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements and consultant engagement terms for India and the US, tailored to the employing entity, worker type, work location and applicable law.
Check compensation, benefits, probation, notice and termination, confidentiality, intellectual property, restrictive covenants and dispute terms for clarity, enforceability and fair treatment of both employee and employer.
Coordinate with HR, payroll and outside counsel where needed so signed documents, onboarding records and required government documentation are consistent and current.

US compliance

• Worker classification across W-2, 1099 and C2C, and the risks that come with each.
• I-9 and E-Verify compliance, federal and state employment law, and multi-state payroll considerations.
• H-1B compliance, including LCA obligations and public access files, working alongside outside immigration counsel.
