NewsReach is an integrated PR-tech platform helping brands access media, PR and visibility
opportunities through technology, content, data and distribution. As we enter our next phase of
growth, we are looking for an AVP - Marketing who can bring together Brand and Performance
Marketing, build solid communities around the brand, and translate business objectives into a
clear and scalable marketing strategy.

What You'll Own

● Lead the overall marketing strategy across Brand, Digital and Performance Marketing.
● Create one integrated marketing plan so the branding and performance teams work toward the
same business goals, with clear priorities, KPIs and accountability.
● Translate company-level objectives into marketing priorities, campaigns, channel strategies and
measurable outcomes.
● Build and nurture relevant communities around NewsReach, creating sustained engagement with
customers, agencies, partners and other important stakeholders.
● Identify the right channels and platforms to grow these communities and convert engagement
into stronger brand recall,



leads and business opportunities.
● Strengthen NewsReach's brand positioning, messaging and market presence.
● Own performance marketing direction across acquisition, funnels, CPL, CAC, ROAS and
conversions.
● Review lead quality and CRM data, and work closely with Sales to improve conversion from lead
to customer.
● Build meaningful marketing dashboards and use data to influence business decisions.
● Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while identifying future capability and hiring
requirements.
● Work closely with founders and leadership, bringing an independent marketing perspective
backed by data, customer understanding and market insight.
What We're Looking For
● 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience.
● Strong exposure to both Brand Marketing and Performance/Digital Marketing.
● Demonstrated experience in building, managing or scaling communities around a brand, platform
or business ecosy
