Olympiz is looking for an experienced professional who can combine the roles of Counsellor and Business Development Executive. You will guide prospective students and clients through their journey with us — from first enquiry to enrolment — while also driving new business opportunities and owning the sales cycle end to end. This is a client-facing, target-driven role ideal for someone equally comfortable advising a prospect and closing a deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students/clients on available programs, courses, or services, understanding their goals and recommending suitable options.




• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions in person and over calls/video, guiding leads through the full enrolment journey.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a healthy sales/counselling pipeline, from lead generation through to closure.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch Olympiz's offerings and negotiate terms where relevant.
• Achieve individual counselling, conversion, and revenue/acquisition targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Address queries and concerns empathetically, building trust and long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
