Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong recruitment expertise in the advertising, creative, digital, media, events, or communications industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and partnering with internal stakeholders to hire high-quality creative and business talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across creative, client servicing, digital, social media, events, production,



and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other relevant channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with department heads and hiring managers.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.
• Manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Develop strong relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies, and external talent networks.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate recruitment databases/reports.
• Support employer branding and creative hiring initiatives.
