Your Tasks

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, blended learning, self-paced learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), and supporting learning assets.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centric, and business-focused learning experiences.
• Develop high-quality learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled content development platforms.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)



and global Learning Design stakeholders to transform complex technical content into effective and learner-friendly solutions.
• Leverage AI-supported tools and technologies to improve content development efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of learning design templates, development workflows, and quality standards.
• Support LMS administration, content deployment, reporting, and learning analytics activities across Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar Learning Management Systems.
• Independently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions in a global and cross-cultural setting.

Your Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification with 8–10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 4–5 years in Instructional Design.
• Must have 5–6 years of hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise
