Anuna Labs is an advanced materials deeptech startup developing air-stable copper nanoparticle inks and pastes as a drop-in replacement for silver. Our core differentiation is sintering in ambient air at — no inert atmosphere, no vacuum, no specialised equipment which removes the oxidation barrier that has kept copper out of high-volume metallization for three decades.

Who This Role Is For
This is for a shielding materials person, someone who has spent years getting conductive pastes and coatings to stick to mould compound, plastics and metal and still hit their decibel targets after reflow, humidity and thermal cycling,



and who wants to be the one who makes copper do it.
You will define the scope — which shielding products we build first, and for whom. You will build and lead a team of materials scientists, sit across the table from semiconductor packaging houses, electronics manufacturers, and defence and space programmes, and be accountable for whether copper shielding actually holds up on their lines and through their qualification.

What You'll Own
• Formulation and optimisation of copper-based shielding materials
• Rheology design and control
