We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our hospital's Marketing / Business Development team in Mulund East, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, developing professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, generating patient referrals, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the overall growth of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Referral Marketing
• Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
• Explain hospital services, specialties, diagnostic facilities, packages, and other healthcare services.
• Generate and follow up on patient referrals from doctors and clinics.
• Maintain regular communication with existing referral sources.

2. Hospital Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
• Develop relationships with corporate companies, institutions, societies, insurance/TPA networks,



and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote hospital services.
• Support corporate health check-up programs, medical camps, and healthcare awareness activities.

3. Field Marketing
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, companies, societies, and other potential business sources.
• Distribute brochures, service information, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and support health camps and promotional activities.
• Collect market feedback and information about competing healthcare services.

4. Digital & Promotional Activities
• Assist in promoting hospital services through WhatsApp, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the creation and distribution of healthcare-related promotional content.
