Job Description
We are looking for an experienced OT / ICS Security professional with strong hands-on expertise in industrial automation and control systems. The ideal candidate should have worked directly on core OT projects involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS environments.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in OT / ICS Security and Industrial Automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems across engineering, development, commissioning, support, maintenance, or modernization projects.
• Solid knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA standards, and OT cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems, plant operations, and industrial control networks.
• Experience in IT-OT convergence, network security, network segmentation,



and OT Cloud architectures.
• Experience securing and supporting mission-critical OT environments.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, Energy, or Critical Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of OT security risks, vulnerabilities, and security controls within industrial environments.

Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have real-world hands-on industrial automation experience involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
Profiles with only cybersecurity experience around OT environments, without hands-on exposure to core industrial automation/control systems, will not be considered.
