As an AR Calling - RCMS Specialist you will support revenue cycle managed services work by handling client collections activities, reviewing account details, and contributing to process follow-up across assigned cases within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Specialist you will provide technical know-how, handle detailed tasks, conduct in-depth analysis, and support specific projects while taking ownership of your work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will help analyze billing activity, track account status, communicate findings clearly,



and support process improvement efforts that help clients streamline operations and improve performance.

• Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically in accounts receivable follow-up and collections
• Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
