Deputy Manager-Program Management

Job Description

The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to PM processes while managing customer relationships during execution and post-sales,



in close collaboration with the Business Development team. The incumbent will support the PM team in project delivery and proposal submissions, work with site functional teams to achieve business targets, and drive the implementation of PM processes, dashboards, and data-driven analysis.

• End‑to‑end project management in alignment with PMP guidelines and Piramal's processes, ensuring integration across all workstreams.
• Deliver projects within the approved scope, schedule, and customer/business expectations, while managing scope modifications through formal change‑management systems. -
• Pre-sales: Prepare cost effective proposals, perform detailed cost estimations, and manage overall project budgeting.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication flow across all stakeholders.
