Role Overview
We are looking for a target-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth for Proactive In &
Out Advertising Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, specifically in
OOH, media, advertising, or a related field, with robust client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation,
and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across OOH, media, advertising, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertising agencies, media agencies, and corporate
clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable OOH media solutions based on campaign
objectives, target audience, location, and budget.
• Promote and sell Proactive’s OOH media assets, including Pole Kiosks, Gantries, State Buses, Bus Queue
Shelters, Local Trains, and Metros.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, references, industry contacts, and other
business development activities.
• Conduct client meetings,



presentations, and proposals to communicate media solutions and campaign
opportunities effectively.
• Prepare customized media proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client requirements.
• Negotiate commercials, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups from lead generation through closure.
• Develop existing accounts through repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Creative, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client
campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within the OOH and
advertising industry.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Dev
