To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst
Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business requirements, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and developing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.



The role partners with key stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, facilitate effective solution delivery, and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Support internal teams and clients with timely and accurate data insights, performance scorecards, presentations, and reports.
• Support the Manager Analytics / FP&A; in the preparation and analysis of business performance KPIs, product profitability and margin analysis for executive-level reporting and decision-making
• Create, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for internal teams, including automated insights and analysis.
• Develop and maintain data models, datasets and reporting solutions to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Maintain and support internal databases and data sources, including AWS Redshift and SQL/MySQL dat
