Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department.

Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide sales targets for financial products and services.
• Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking products tailored to individual and business client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster customer loyalty
