Roles and Responsibilities:
•Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through
phone, email, chat and social media.
•Structured counseling
sessions, school networking and communication with PTM presentation.
•Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions daily, basis including follow-up
sessions.
•Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue. School product
promotional sessions and instant bookings.
•Resolving queries and issues. School team events for product awareness and promotion.
•Meet and overachieve the given monthly and quarterly target in terms of total school events
,revenue as well as number of enrollments.
•Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on boarded
