Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day activities of the company store. The person will be responsible for material receiving, storage, issue, inventory control, stock records and coordination with Purchase, Production, Projects and Accounts departments.
Roles & Responsibilities




· Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure proper control of all materials.
· Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications and condition against purchase
orders/challans.
· Properly arrange and store raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts and other store items.
· Maintain proper identification, tagging and location of materials in the store.
· Issue materials to Production, Projects and other departments against proper material requisition/issue
slips.
· Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inward, outward and material issue
entries.
· Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about minimum stock/reorder requirements.
· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system/register records.
· Maintain proper documentation of GRN, material issue, material return, transfer and stock records.
