Purpose: This position has overall responsibility of developing sales strategies for assigned territories/ Retail Stores, focusing on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and retail stores.
• Drive sales, profitability, and market share across the retail channel.
• Support retail growth strategy and build retail business capabilities.
• Implement retail identity, systems, and operational standards.
• Manage both company-owned and franchisee-operated stores.
• Lead and evaluate the performance of ARMs, AREs, Visual Merchandisers, and Retail In charges.
• Take decisions related to employee promotions, transfers,



and key project/task assignments.
• Support stores with merchandising, product assortment, and counter-staff training.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with malls and superstores.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging retail opportunities.
• Ensure effective retail operations and franchisee development across the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional business objectives.
