Webelio by Sedawk Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern to join our team in Gurugram.
Location: Sector 35, Gurugram
Job Type: Internship | On-site
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers / Students can apply
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, sourcing and screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave and day-to-day HR operations.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Marketing Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities.
• Support social media management and content planning.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist with lead generation and outreach activities.
• Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.




• Coordinate with the Business Development and Creative teams.

Requirements• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA/PGDM, B.Com or a related degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Interest in both HR and Marketing functions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Get• Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000.
