About the Role
Bombay Brasserie, is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead our outlets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in F&B;, sharp floor management skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to drive both guest experience and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Operations
• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and consistent standards of hospitality
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Handle operational issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally

2. Guest Experience & Clientele
• Engage with guests, gather feedback,



and build loyalty with regulars
• Personally handle VIP and key guests when required
• Drive guest satisfaction and repeat business

3. Sales & Business Development
• Own outlet sales and revenue targets
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Drive upselling and increase average guest spend
• Build local networks and community relationships to generate current business

4. Beverage Sales
• Take ownership of beverage revenue and upselling with the service team
• Ensure proper control over beverage inventory, wastage, and variance
• Coordinate with the bar team on promotions and sales initiatives

5. P&L; & Commercial Understanding
• Understand the outlet P&L; and monitor sales against budgets
• Control food, beverage, and manpower costs
• Review daily sales and cost reports, spot leakage, and take corrective action

6. Team Management
• Hire, train, and motivate the rest
