We are looking for a highly proactive, execution-focused qualified to work directly with the Founder and drive business operations across functions.
About the RoleThis is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will act as the execution arm of the Founder.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding → Planning → Executing → Coordinating → Tracking → Solving → Reporting
You may handle marketing, hiring, operations, marketplace performance, SOP creation, or new initiatives—often within the same week.
Key Responsibilities1. Founder’s Office & Execution• Translate Founder’s ideas into actionable plans
• Create trackers, timelines, and priorities
• Drive execution across teams
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them
• Ensure tasks are completed—not just reported
2. Business Operations• Manage daily operations across departments
• Build systems, SOPs, and workflows
• Track KPIs and prepare reports
• Improve efficiency and reduce dependency on individuals
3. HR & Hiring• Identify hiring needs
• Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
• Manage onboarding and employee tracking
• Build structured hiring processes
4. E-commerce & Marketplace Operations• Manage platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, D2C
• Oversee listings, pricing, inventory, and orders
• Track sales, reviews, rankings, and performance
• Handle marketplace issues and escalations
5. Shopify & Website• Manage day-to-day website operations
• Coordinate product uploads and updates
• Identify and resolve website issues
• Improve conversion and user experience
