Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 0–6 months of experience to join our business development team.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, making cold calls, communicating with prospects, understanding client requirements, negotiating budgets, closing deals, and supporting project onboarding.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of Ecommerce, Mobile Application Development, and Website Development so they can effectively communicate with prospective clients.
Hindi communication is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities• Collect and maintain potential client data from various lead generation platforms, business directories, social media, and other sources.




• Identify and research prospective clients based on the company's target market.
• Conduct cold calling to introduce company services and generate business opportunities.
• Send professional emails, WhatsApp messages, and other business communication to prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead status in the CRM/lead tracker.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal team when required.
• Communicate with clients regarding their project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Explain the company's services in a transparent and professional manner.
