TechQart, an AI-powered Growth Marketing Agency, is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to manage organic social media for our Real Estate & Hospitality clients.
? Jaipur | In office
? Full-time | 5.5 Days/Week
? ₹3.5-4.5 LPA
⚡ Immediate joiners preferred

What you’ll be doing:
• Build & execute organic social media strategies
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Drive growth through Reels, trends & storytelling
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & more
• Track performance and create monthly reports
• Work closely with content & design teams




• Leverage AI tools to improve content & workflows

What we’re looking for:
✅ 2+ years of Marketing Agency experience
✅ 1+ year handling both Real Estate & Hospitality brands
✅ Strong understanding of organic social growth
✅ Proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude & Canva AI
✅ Excellent communication & client management skills
