We’re Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR)

TrailblazeX is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)to join our Sales team in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us build meaningful conversations with the right prospects and create current opportunities for our sales team.

? What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll be an important part of our growth engine. You’ll work across both inbound and outbound channels to identify potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, and create meaningful connections.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Handle and follow up on inbound inquiries
• Research target accounts, businesses, and key decision-makers




• Identify potential opportunities and understand prospect requirements
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and outreach information in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities
• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Track outreach activities, responses, meetings, and lead status

? What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Business Development Executive, or similar role
• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Salesforce, or technology consulting is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Ability to research prospects and identify the right decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience
