Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.
Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.
Fynd Studio is looking for a hands-on Art Director with solid visual taste and expertise across visual art, graphic design, and video editing. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, combining creative judgment, execution speed, and confident brand communication.
Our entire production workflow is AI-native,
making hands-on familiarity with generative image and video models such as Kling, Seedance, and comparable tools essential. The role requires someone who can translate ideas into polished, brand-aligned work, maintain high creative standards, and actively explore new approaches.
What will you do at Fynd?
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brand campaigns, films, and digital content.
• Translate briefs into moodboards, storyboards, and clear execution plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Create images and videos using AI models, selecting appropriate tools and refining outputs through references, prompting, and iteration.
• Direct composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual style while maintaining character, product, and brand consistency.
• Execute graphic design and video editing, shaping storytelling, pacing, typography, sound, and final finishing.
• Review and refine generated assets to ensure every deliverable meets
