Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to take our HubSpot instance and funnel from functional to genuinely built for growth. This isn't a greenfield build — we already have HubSpot live and a v1 funnel in place. Your job is taking it to the next level, not reinventing it.
You'll work directly and closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to design the infrastructure both teams actually need — attribution, lead scoring, routing, MQL definitions — rather than operating in isolation and handing down a system nobody asked for. This is explicitly a growth-infrastructure role:



you're mandated to help drive leads massively, and you're judged on whether pipeline volume and quality actually increase, not just whether the CRM is tidy.
What You'll DoMature the existing system
• Take our current, functional-but-basic HubSpot setup and mature it into a real growth engine — building on what exists, not starting over
• Build the infrastructure for meaningfully more volume than today, so the system scales rather than breaks as pipeline grows

Design infrastructure with Sales and Marketing
• Work directly and closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to design attribution, lead scoring, lead routing, and MQL definitions that reflect what both teams actually need
• Translate cross-functional requirements into working process and system logic, not just documentation

Own reporting
• Get reporting genuinely on track — Associate Directors and both Heads
