? What You'll Do:• Visit schools and educational institutions to introduce Qwings STEM solutions.
• Meet School Principals, Management, and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch Qwings' STEM education solutions.
• Understand school requirements and explain suitable solutions.
• Generate leads through school visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with schools and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and meetings.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

? What We're Looking For:• MBA/PGDM graduates with a strong interest in Sales & Business Development.




• Freshers with good communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with school principals and management.
• Solid convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Candidates with prior field sales / business development experience will have an added advantage.
