Job Purpose
To conceptualize, develop and implement employee engagement, wellness and employer branding initiatives that strengthen LifeCell's organizational culture, improve employee experience, promote employee well-being and enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.

The role will be responsible for creating meaningful employee experiences, managing internal and external HR communications, showcasing LifeCell's people, culture and achievements, and ensuring consistent engagement across corporate offices, laboratories and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
A. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Annual engagement calendar (festivals, celebrations, cultural events, team activities).
• Plan and coordinate across offices, labs and business units. Recognition programs, appreciation, milestones, service awards.
• Team building, family day, leadership connects, employee experience. Reinforce values, purpose and culture through campaigns.
• Conduct engagement surveys and feedback; analyze and enable action. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to address engagement gaps.

Employee Wellness & Well-being
• Annual wellness calendar (physical, mental, emotional, social). Health awareness, check-ups, fitness, yoga, meditation, nutrition programs.
• Work with healthcare professionals and wellness partners.
• Promote work-life balance and healthy workplace practices.
• Drive participation through campaigns and communication. Monitor participation, collect feedback and evaluate effectiveness (maintain confidentiality).

C. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
• Implement employer branding strategy aligned with culture, values and talent goals.
• Manage LinkedIn updates - employee achievements, culture, leadership, milestones, hiring campaigns.
• Create employee stories, testimonials, leadership messages.
• Support TA on recruitment marketing and career opportunities. Engage campuses, career fairs and academic partnerships.
