We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of building, integrating, and maintaining AI-powered applications.

This is a practical engineering role for someone who is comfortable working across the AI layer, backend, databases, APIs, servers, and deployment. You should be able to take an idea from development to production and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

What You’ll Work On

- Build and maintain AI-powered applications and products.
- Integrate LLMs and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini and other AI APIs.
- Build AI agents, conversational applications, automation workflows and AI-driven features.
- Develop backend services, APIs and integrations.
- Work with databases, data models and database optimization.
- Manage application servers, deployments and production environments.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SaaS platforms and cloud services.
- Set up and maintain development, staging and production environments.
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot performance, server and database issues.
- Work with frontend developers/designers to connect AI and backend services with web applications.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable and reliable.
- Take ownership of technical issues from development through production.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in backend/full-stack development.
- Good understanding of AI/LLM technologies and APIs.
- Experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings or similar AI technologies.
- Robust knowledge of Python, Node.js or similar backend technologies.
- Good experience with REST APIs,



webhooks and third-party API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
- Good understanding of Linux servers, deployment and server management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git and CI/CD is preferred.
- Ability to debug issues across application code, APIs, databases and servers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work hands-on across different technologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or other LLM APIs.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant or pgvector.
- Experience building voice AI or conversational AI applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with Redis, queues and background jobs.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3 and Lambda.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, prompt engineering and model optimization.

The Person We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, technically curious and comfortable figuring things out.

You don't need to know every technology listed above. What matters is that you have strong engineering fundamentals, understand how AI applications are built, and can independently work across code, AI, APIs, databases and servers.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of a requirement, choosing the right technical approach, building it, deploying it and supporting it in production.

- This is not a pure AI research role. We’re looking for an engineer who can build real, production-ready AI applications.
