Role Description The AI Full Stack role at Codians.ai is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven web applications, working across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building scalable microservices, integrating machine learning models into production systems, implementing secure APIs, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, maintaining documentation, and ensuring reliable CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural decisions, help improve engineering best practices, and mentor team members with 6–9 years of relevant experience.





Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Python, Node.js, Java, or similar, including experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a focus on responsive and accessible UI development.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model integration, and working with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, including experience deploying models to production.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling for scalable applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for deploying and managing applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- 6–9 years of experience in full stack or software engineering roles, ideally with exposure to AI-powered products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
