We are hiring Engineering Experts for a remote contractor project developing simulation-based engineering tasks to train and evaluate AI agents.

Openings: 210

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on engineering design

Duration: Up to 24 weeks

Engagement: Contractor

Start: Immediate

Compensation: USD 500 per task

AHT: Approximately 30–40 hours per task

Commitment: 40 hours/week with 4 hours of PST overlap; weekend on-call availability

Location: India

Role

- Design complex engineering problems with validated reference solutions
- Build simulation environments and Python test benches
- Review AI agent outputs and execution logs to identify failures
- Develop automated grading criteria and refine task difficulty
- Validate physical accuracy, units, constraints, and simulation convergence

Requirements





- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience
- Solid Python skills and proficiency with an open-source engineering simulation tool
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI coding agents and failure analysis
- Personal computer with reliable high-speed internet
