Work Environment

This is a full time position based in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.

Introduction

Our team is hiring an AI engineer with a deep understanding of LLM, transformers and NLP model building. Strong candidates will have experience working with Agents and MCP architecture in workflow environments to be deployed at the production level. Job Responsibilities

Model, build, and test large language models and software to ensure it can take on huge volumes of data and achieve desired results. Use Python, JavaScript, and Node.js to build and validate systems. Use frameworks such as FastAPI and containerize files using Docker or Podman.





Build MCP tools to operate AI models in a workflow environment. Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for model effectiveness and accuracy. Work with a team of machine-learning and data engineers to ensure seamless AI development and integration.

Stay current on AI knowledge, trends, and regulations. Collect, organize, and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

In-depth knowledge of computer programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and Node.js Understanding of LLM/Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks and operational challenges for implementation at scale Deep understanding of data science, algorithms, and statistics used in analytics Willingness to learn and continue developing knowledge in the area of artificial intelligence Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate crossfunctionally with different teams

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 2+ years of experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks, with demonstrated interest in Agentic AI and emerging technologies

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
