Candidate Specification: 5+ years of Experience

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA

Industry : IT / ITES

- Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python. Working knowledge of AI algorithms and model development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of SQL and ETL design patterns.
- Positive understanding of AI development frameworks, including LLM tools such as vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Familiar in implementing multi-agent AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration workflows (MCP and A2A protocols).
- Good knowledge of traditional AI/ML algorithms, deep learning and predictive modelling approaches such as: decision trees, regression analysis, neural networks, classification,



clustering, and other data mining techniques.
- Good analytical skills with a solid understanding of data modeling techniques to transform data using SQL.
- Familiarity in using APIs, RESTful web services and data connectors.
- Awareness with source code control systems such as GitLab and build tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Big Data analytics using Hybrid Cloud and on-premises technologies
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models with strong understanding of deep learning techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
