We do not believe traditional, theoretical interviews reflect how engineers actually build, adapt, and solve real-world problems. Instead, we use an execution-first evaluation model where you prove your potential through hands-on milestones.

? Role Roadmap & Structure

- Month 1: Hands-on Training & Evaluation (Fully Remote | Unpaid)
- Intensive, practical onboarding into modern AI architectures, tooling, and workflows.
- Continuous, step-by-step performance reviews based on deliverables and learning agility.
- Focuses purely on skill ramp-up and mutual evaluation.
- Months 2–6: Paid Internship (Hybrid / Occasional Chandigarh Travel | ₹10,000/month)
- Transition to active product development and engineering tasks.
- Fixed stipend of ₹10,000/month, evaluated milestone by milestone.
- Mostly remote, but candidates must have availability to travel to Chandigarh for team syncs and in-person sprints as needed.
- Post-Internship: Full-Time Conversion (7 LPA)
- Candidates who consistently deliver and hit performance benchmarks will be offered a full time position at ₹7,00,000 per annum (7 LPA).





? Tech Stack & Focus Areas

- Modern AI workflows, LLM application frameworks, and agentic systems
- Full-stack application integration and API pipelines
- Rapid prototyping, clean architecture, and prompt/eval engineering
