About the Role

Join our AI team to build and scale Agentic AI solutions, AI Assistants, and Workflow Automation platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from development and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Software Engineering, and Cloud Engineering. We are not looking for a perfect expert in every domain. We want professionals with a strong technical foundation who are eager to grow in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI assistants and agentic workflow solutions
- Build and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
- Develop knowledge ingestion, extraction, and retrieval pipelines from documents, APIs, databases, and web sources
- Implement chunking strategies, semantic search, vector search, and graph-based retrieval
- Develop scalable AI services, APIs, and automation workflows
- Build browser automation using Playwright and Puppeteer
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized AI applications
- Contribute to AI testing, evaluation, benchmarking, and performance optimization




- Apply engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence

Core Skills

- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building AI, ML, or data-driven solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval strategies
- Understanding of web scraping and unstructured data processing
- Experience with APIs, testing frameworks, and CI/CD
- Positive understanding of Azure and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps: deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows
- Experience with AI testing, model evaluation, benchmarking, and performance optimization
- Experience with Playwright and Puppeteer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
