AI Developer - Generative AI & Agentic AI (5+ Years)

We are looking for a passionate AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to join our growing AI Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building enterprise AI applications using Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and modern cloud-native technologies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, intelligent agents, RAG architectures, and enterprise-scale AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Build Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication workflows and MCP-based integrations.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI services with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Evaluate, monitor, and optimize AI agent performance and reliability.




- Implement Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best engineering practices.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or .NET (C#).
- Experience building applications using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
- Experience in AI testing, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance practices.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
