- We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, RPA, and AI-powered business process automation
- The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, or similar platforms, with robust knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, connectors, and system integrations
- The role involves designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows; integrating business applications such as CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, databases, email, and communication platforms; and developing AI-enabled workflows using LLMs, AI agents, document processing, data extraction, classification, and summarization




- The candidate will also identify repetitive business processes for automation, implement error handling, validation, retries, logging and alerts, troubleshoot workflow issues, monitor production automations, and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions

- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is preferred, while experience with AI agents, OCR, SQL, cloud platforms, RPA, or production automation deployments will be an added advantage
