ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What does the team do ?

At QuickTV, ShareChat's short-form microdrama streaming app, the Content Operations team drives the creation and acquisition of bingeable, vertical microdramas — both live-action and AI-generated — built for mobile-first audiences. Partnering with production houses, creators, product, and feed teams, the team runs the full pipeline from script and greenlighting to production, localization, and release. It also leverages AI production tooling to turn screenplays into video faster and scale output across languages and markets.

What You’ll Do?

- Use AI tools to generate, design, and edit visual content — including AI-created images, character shots, and video scenes — to craft powerful, emotionally engaging microdramas, ensuring continuity and smoothness of content.
- Shot-by-shot breakdown of scripts, characters, backgrounds to be used for AI prompts
- Collaborate with writers and creative directors, to translate creative ideas into visually striking AI-driven stories.




- Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all content formats.
- Analyze feedback and quickly deliver multiple refined versions optimized for platform performance and audience response.
- Contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques
- Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated videos
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes

Who You Are?

- 3-6+ months of experience in AI video content generation, video editing, or filmmaking. Freshers with strong creative foundations (film, animation, media, design, VFX or similar) are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on with at least one creative tool: AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, or similar), editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut), or photo editing/graphic design tools.
- A portfolio of your own work: AI-generated content, video edits, short films, ad films, or college projects.
- Basic understanding of shot types, framing, and shot planning (core to role).
- Solid storytelling instinct and an eye for cinematic composition and detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a good feel for US tone and dialogue.
- Familiarity with English films, web series, or microdrama genres is a plus
- Familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, sound, VFX, Excel) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments, and adapting to evolving creative briefs and technology.
